The Honda N-One’s wheelbase is less than an inch shorter than a Ford Model T’s.

Kinja'd!!!

The Model T is only about two inches longer overall than the Honda N-One.

Talk about model bloat. What was a normal sized car in the 1920s is about the same size a kei class microcar today, or conversely kei cars have grown to about the size of a standard 1920's automobile.

Or perhaps cars have just gotten too big period. Or maybe the T was sized just right for 21st century Japan?

It is shocking to s ee how much larger vehicles have gotten, especially when looking at an older car, like my first new car, a 1995 Integra and feeling it looks a whole lot smaller than I remember.

Though modern cars are larger, they are vastly safer, higher performing while returning much better efficiency than before.

However, I do keep a couple of old cars because it does feel good to go analog, at least for a little while.

I’m honestly impressed that they still make any road cars as small and light as a Model T, with modern crash safety standards.

Soooo, what you’re saying is we need to body-swap some Model T’s onto gray market N-One’s, right?

A new Corolla is 5" longer and as wide as my 94 Voyager.......

You read that right, a modern compact car is BIGGER than a 7 passenger minivan!

I love the packaging on 90's minivans. Even current minivans are space efficient when next to some 5 passenger crossover, I guess.

The biggest issue with modern minivans is they’re not mini anymore.
